Terms of sale
These terms apply when you order from Vande Beejam on this website, or by WhatsApp, phone or email.
- Prices. Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST where it applies. The delivery charge is shown in your cart and at checkout before you pay.
- Your order. We confirm your order once we receive your payment by UPI or bank transfer.
- Delivery. How and when your order reaches you is set out on our Delivery page.
- Cancellations, returns and refunds. These are set out on our Returns and refunds page.
Privacy policy
No data is shared with third parties. We collect only what we need to deliver your order and look after your plants. We never sell it, rent it out or pass it on for marketing.
This policy covers vandebeejam.com and orders placed with Vande Beejam by WhatsApp, phone or email.
What we collect and why

We don't collect card details. Payments are made by UPI or bank transfer, so your banking details stay with your bank.
The site uses a small cookie to remember your cart while you shop. We don't use advertising cookies or track you across other websites.
Who sees your data
Only our own small team at the farm. We don't share your data with any other business or person, with two narrow exceptions:
- The courier label. When chatnipudi or mixes go by India Post or DTDC, your name, address and phone number are printed on the parcel, so the courier can deliver it. Plants are delivered by our own team, so no outside courier sees those orders.
- The law. If a court or government authority lawfully asks for information, we give only what we are required to.
We talk to you on WhatsApp and email, and you pay us through your UPI app or bank. Those services handle your messages and payments under their own privacy policies.
Our website host stores order details on our behalf and can't use them for anything else.
How long we keep it
- Order and payment records: for as long as tax law requires us to keep accounts, currently about 6 years.
- Your contact details: while you are a customer. If you haven't ordered or written to us for 2 years, we delete them, apart from what the order records above need.
- Photos and messages: until your replacement or question is settled, then deleted within 6 months.
We keep your details on password-protected accounts and devices used only by our team.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us at any time to:
- tell you what data we hold about you
- correct anything that is wrong or out of date
- delete your data, apart from the order records the law requires us to keep
- stop sending you messages other than updates about an order you've placed
Write to us and we'll act on your request within 15 days. If you're not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
