Where we deliver
We deliver by hand, ourselves. No courier touches these plants.
- Bengaluru — all orders.
- Within 100 km of Gudibande, inside Karnataka — bulk orders only. That covers Chikkaballapur, Kolar, Doddaballapur, Devanahalli, Tumkur and Bengaluru Rural.
We do not deliver outside Karnataka. A filled bag is heavy and a plant does not travel well in a courier network, so we would rather hand it to you than sell you something that arrives broken.
What counts as bulk

When
Delivered by hand around Bengaluru. We will agree a day with you. We run to Bengaluru [___] and will agree a day and a window with you before we set out.
Plants marked grown to order are started when you order and delivered once established and hardened off, in about 15 days. If your order mixes ready plants with grown-to-order ones, everything comes together on the later date.
Charges
[₹___ per delivery] / [free on orders of ___ plants or more]. A single bag is a long round trip for us, so larger orders carry no delivery charge.
Leafy greens are an add-on
Our 6 inch greens bags are only available alongside two or more full-size plants. On their own they do not justify the journey, and we would rather say that than charge you a delivery fee larger than the plant.
What arrives
A filled grow bag, 12 inches across and 18 inches tall, with the plant already established in it and the olla in place and charged. It is heavy — reckon on [15-25] kg — so have somewhere in mind for it before we arrive, and expect to need both hands.
When it gets to you
Put it where it will get the sunlight the product page asks for, fill the olla, and leave it alone. Do not water the surface. See how these bags are built for why.
If something is wrong
Tell us at the door. Because we hand the plant over in person you can look at it before we leave, which is the whole advantage of delivering this way. If a problem shows up later, email vandebeejam@gmail.com — see our replacement policy.
