Details
The most productive greens bag we make, because palak gives more cuttings than the others — two comfortably, often three, before it tires.
Take outer leaves and leave the crown. Cutting the whole plant down works too but costs you a cutting.
It bolts less in partial shade than in full sun, so a balcony that only gets morning light is genuinely better for palak than an open terrace. Useful if your bright spots are already taken.
No olla in this size — hand water it.
