Details
Softer and thinner-leaved than harive soppu, and it cooks down quickly — which is why it suits a soppu saaru or a gojju more than a dry palya.
Harvest the same way: top four inches, leave the base, three or four cuttings. It bolts slightly faster than harive soppu, so take the cuttings promptly rather than letting it stand.
No olla in this size — hand water it, daily through summer.
